Both were very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and, when it came time to buy, Caleb and Chad made it as stress-free as possible. Caleb and Chad worked with us to get us the car we wanted at a fair price and the best financing. After visiting a few other dealerships in town and disliking the high-pressure sales tactics, we really appreciated the approach from the employees at Honda of Lincoln. Incredible Experience Purchasing a car can be a stressful experience as you want to make a choice that provides you with a solid vehicle at a fair and competitive price. I Purchasing a car can be a stressful experience as you want to make a choice that provides you with a solid vehicle at a fair and competitive price. I had looked at a Toyota Prius as compared to a Honda Fit. Both vehicles were acceptable, but it was the exceptional sales team at Honda of Lincoln that cinched the deal. The Toyota dealer sales team were very pushy and constantly tried to pressure me into buying the Prius. This was not the sales experience that I had envisioned while making a major decision of which vehicle to purchase. The Honda of Lincoln sales team did not pressure me or try to steer me into buying a vehicle of their choice. I had done research on Honda vehicles and the Honda Fit met my needs and criteria. What swayed me the most was the excellent service and incredible assistance that the sales team displayed. When I first arrived at the dealership I was met at the door by a salesman who held the door open for me and welcomed me to the dealership. I had previously purchased several cars from Honda of Lincoln, so I asked to work with my salesman, Kevin McCarville. He happened to be off that day, so I was introduced to Caleb Tran who covered for Kevin on his days off. Caleb was very knowledgable about the Honda Fit and he showed me the options and 2 models to choose from, the LX and EX. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. The following day Kevin followed up with me and closed the sale. I then worked with Chad Erwin, the Finance Director, who worked and worked with me to find the best possible financing option. Chad went above and beyond to provide me with financing that worked for me. My experience working with Chad has convinced me that Honda of Lincoln rises above the pack by providing the best possible service while making what can be a difficult decision, especially when there are so many car choices available. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be returning to Honda of Lincoln and highly recommend that you do too! More

On his drive home, he had serious car trouble and needed to buy a new vehicle - quickly. He went to Honda of Lincoln. They gave him a loaner car to use while home, ordered exactly the new car he wanted and had it on the lot, ready to go in time for him to return to duty. With service like that - they earned a chance to show us a car - or 3! We went in, test drove 3 cars, made a decision. They ordered the exact car we wanted and we just drove home with it. I suspect they have customers for life. I drive over 150 miles every day, so we'll go back soon. Ask for Caleb Tran to get the best service ever! When it comes time to sign paperwork, it won't be painful if Chad Erwin walks you through the process. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the amazing staff. More

Once we selected the vehicle we wanted and our trade in value the negotiations were simple and straight forward. When we worked with Chad Erwin to complete the paperwork he explained everything well and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us to buy anything but did present us with some good options. We enjoyed working with both Caleb and Chad and we will be back when ready to buy new again. More
