Every one was friendly and helpful. Never felt annoying sells pressure from anyone. My only complaint is with the lease of the vehicle they snuck in 1200 dollars worth of Warranty that Never felt annoying sells pressure from anyone. My only complaint is with the lease of the vehicle they snuck in 1200 dollars worth of Warranty that I didn't know was in there or want on my lease. But on the bright side I went to the dealer the next morning and decided I wanted to finance the vehicle instead of lease, they were able to accommodate my request to switch to finance and corrected the warranty. So all is well that ends well. I will do business with them again but will pay close attention. More

Mr. Hector is an amazing sales consultant. Every time we purchase a vehicle, we leave very satisfied Mr. Hector is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and services at the Northside Lexus dealership. Howev purchase a vehicle, we leave very satisfied Mr. Hector is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and services at the Northside Lexus dealership. However, the financing department with Mr. Celeb Vario demeanor was not welcoming and unpleasant, which made us feel uncomfortable in his office. He came across as if he was annoyed and did not want to be bothered with a client. Lastly, we felt rushed out of his office as well. More
