Northside Lexus offers certified used vehicles that are clean and have a more extensive inspection process. The vehicle there was very clean and parked in the garage. Larry pointed out features and was very helpful. We ended up buying two vehicles from him. Website is also great and the dealership is beautiful. More

The team worked heard on finding the right car for me and when I arrived the car was presented to me with a big red bow, thank you David and Eric! Caleb took the time to answer all my leasing questions - of which there were many! For my previous car, I had not made a decision trading-in with Northside or selling elsewhere. I had let Eric know I had lost the title and Eric, on the spot, filled out the "Lost Title" paperwork on my behalf, just to be helpful, no commitments. That type of customer service, just helping to be kind, you don't get that experience anywhere else. Will definitely work with Northside Lexus again. More

All my questions were answered. While test driving the car he explained several features about the car that I did not know about and was excited to learn. When talking prices he met our reasonable quote. Then we went to financing and it was a very pleasant experience. Fast processing with signing the papers. Caleb in finance explained everything clearly and was very fast on the computer to get the documents done. We did not spend all day at the dealership, which was a plus. Thank you Northside Lexus!!
