The people and dealership were great. The Traverse that we ordered was stuck in Wentzville on a trailer for over 2 weeks and we couldn't wait any longer as my DIL's motor blew. Bryan (sales) brought another Traverse in from another dealer. It was $10K more expensive, but I'm really glad I ended up with the nicer vehicle. Otherwise, I wouldn't have spent that much on me. And, we also found a used truck that my husband loves. We were about to start looking at other dealers, and Bryan came thru. More
