He stated the package name upon arrival instead of confirming which services I was requesting. I had to clarify what was included in this "B2" package. When my vehicle was ready, he rambled off a few things really quickly that I could hardly understand. Since this was my first service with this business since buying my vehicle, I would've appreciated a more thorough explanation of everything. More
