Any business is only as good as its employees. Sam Nhem, one of the New Car Sales Managers, exemplifies the Roush commitment to excellent customer service. I had struck a tentative deal with another Honda dealer near where we live, but the staff members involved in the pending sale were not committed to locating the car that my wife and I wanted. I decided to call Roush Honda after I was browsing its inventory and saw that Roush had the exact car that my wife and I wanted. Sam Nhem answered the phone and I explained to him my situation. I asked him if he could match the deal from the other dealer. Without my having to mail him a copy of the other dealer's offer, he agreed to match it. When my wife and I were able to meet with Sam in person, we knew immediately that we had made the right decision to purchase our new Civic EX Hatchback from Roush. Sam's gracious demeanor, his knowledge of the Honda product that he was selling, his admirable ability of conducting a sale without having to resort to the sales person/sales manager back and forth dog and pony show that creates a high stress level for car buyers, his awareness of my wife's and my individual needs, and his attention to detail, exemplified his professionalism and the Roush way of doing business. Many thanks go to Cameron Dean, one of the other Roush New Car Managers who was handling affairs in the finance office. The very professional and ultra efficient way in which he conducted business provided my wife and me with another stress free experience. Many thanks to Sam, Cameron and to the Roush Management for one of the very best car buying experiences that we have ever had. We will be certain to send friends and family members to Roush and to see Sam when they are considering buying a Honda. More

I enjoyed working with Spyros, thank you. I really enjoyed working with Spyros. He is very knowledgeable and caring. Spyros kindly came and picked me up at my home and said that it would be an hour after i arrived at about 5 to pick up my car, sign the paperwork etc. I don't know what happened but I left the dealership at about 9:07pm. My husband was very upset about this and still is. While this had very little to do with Spyros, and I believe was solely Cameron's fault, I do believe that it did impact my husband's feeling about the purchase. While I do really love working with Spyros, and will work with him again, the dealership needs to do something about Cameron. Spyros and others cannot say that we will be done in one hour, and then 4 or 5 hours go by just sitting there waiting.. Thanks, Carla More

That being said, this was my first time at Roush Honda and it was simply the best of the best. I've dealt with a few of the big name dealers in the Columbus area and while the sales are good, they seem to be lacking on the management side. I walked into Roush as I knew the Westerville area in itself was nice but the employees were just above and beyond. Started talking with Jeff Ward and knew this is where I was going to buy my new Accord and future vehicles. The guy is outstanding no matter how you look at it. You can tell he's not just there to make a sale but he's really in tune with your needs and is set on making you happy. He's simple and straight forward but isn't pushy like a lot of people you meet in the car business. The guy will come in on his day off just to talk if you're in need of something! (Yes, he did for me) If that's not true service beyond the sale then I don't know what is. Great service all around at this dealership regardless of the department. First time customer and have earned my business for life. More

Pleasant Experience !!!! I initially inquired about the 2019 Ridgeline on Auto trader. Received a response from Roush the following morning. Drove down to the dealer on Friday I initially inquired about the 2019 Ridgeline on Auto trader. Received a response from Roush the following morning. Drove down to the dealer on Friday Sept 6th and met with a salesman Spyros Tabone. He was very easy going and made you feel relaxed and comfortable. I told him what I wanted and where I needed to be dollar wise. They came really close to that …. so close that I took the deal. I picked up my ridgeline that Monday after work and was very pleased. There was just one tiny flaw in the hood air deflector but Spyros assured me that it will be taken care of. Nothing serious so don't think this is a negative thing because it's not. I will definitely buy another vehicle there and would recommend Spyros to anyone looking for a vehicle ! I am in Love with my Ridgeline…… It rides like a dream ! More
