Before even sitting down, Rick told me about a concern with the vehicle. Assured me if it wasn’t resolved within a week of driving it they’d come get and get it fixed. A week later, Rick was a man of his word. They drove the 90 minutes to pick up my car and left me a loaner. Talk about service! I’ve been so impressed with the overall experience that I’ll definitely check out Zeck Ford next time I’m in the market. More
