We really had a good experience dealing with everyone at Zeck Ford. Cole was our salesman and he was honest, upfront and not pushy when he showed us the two vehicles we picked out on line. This is my fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Zeck Ford. Every time I’ve been in search of a new car I have been well taken care of. However, this was truly the best experience. First time visiting Zeck Ford and the overall experience was A+! While other lots are sitting empty, Zeck had a great selection of vehicles. I emailed before arriving and they had the vehicle ready for me a was A+! While other lots are sitting empty, Zeck had a great selection of vehicles. I emailed before arriving and they had the vehicle ready for me at the door. Rick Mears was a true professional – no pressure and let me take my time in deciding. Before even sitting down, Rick told me about a concern with the vehicle. Assured me if it wasn’t resolved within a week of driving it they’d come get and get it fixed. A week later, Rick was a man of his word. They drove the 90 minutes to pick up my car and left me a loaner. Talk about service! I’ve been so impressed with the overall experience that I’ll definitely check out Zeck Ford next time I’m in the market. More
