Poor experience x 2 at Zeck First experience with Zeck from my 2015 experience was a run down dealership. I came to the dealership looking at a vehicle and was left sitting ther First experience with Zeck from my 2015 experience was a run down dealership. I came to the dealership looking at a vehicle and was left sitting there for over an hour. I gave them a second chance recently. Went and was seen immediately. Good experience with driving a car. Left the dealership with a price in mind and over several days, negotiated a price. I set an appointment to come to dealership (an hour away) with the salesperson to PURCHASE the vehicle. This was clearly conveyed to salesperson. Got there and was told "Keys taken off my desk, so sorry I can't sell the car to you." What business would do this to a paying customer. Not a honorable one. Wasted 2 1/2 hours of driving time on my day off for a company that would rather make an extra dollar than honor a oral contract with a customer. Go elsewhere (as other dealers will easily match the price WITHOUT a $499 admin fee.) Shady at best... More
