AMAZING This place has it all! I made an appointment to look at 2 SUVs. Knowing I was going to buy one of them, however the one I wanted had some cosmetic is This place has it all! I made an appointment to look at 2 SUVs. Knowing I was going to buy one of them, however the one I wanted had some cosmetic issues (that they showed me first thing). It was a deal breaker for me. So Kyle (our salesman) said I know the perfect SUV for you and he was right!! Not only did he find me everything I was looking for, he found it for $4250 LESS!!! Yes that’s right he saved me $4250!!!! I couldn’t be more pleased with ZECK and Kyle Chmidling!! 5 stars More

One problem i had was that i think the 150 point inspection missed a couple things on this 2015 Fusion Energy. The rear rotors were rough and the lighted charge ring indicator is not working. Another annoying thing was that when i called to talk to someone, i was put on hold and never transferred, so i had to hang up and call again, several times this happened. The other problem i had was that i paid for a 4 year platinum aftermarket repair service warranty, but then decided to cancel warranty. It took a lot of phone calls talking to several people, before i ever got someone to even say they were going to refund the payment for the warranty. I talked to Nick and he assured me that Zeck Ford would take care of these problems. A big thanks to Nick. Update 3-5-19, still haven't received the refund that was supposed to be sent on 2-19-19. Finally received the refund check on 3-8-19. Thanks again to Nick and Hunter. The good thing is that i like the Energi so far, and Hunter says he is always available if i have any concerns or questions about the car. If i didn't live 270 miles away, i think the process would have been easier. Another good thing is that Zeck Ford does have good prices and they want to sell you a car, and do want you to be happy with your purchase. Taking Fusion to Sunset Ford on 3-14-19 to have them diagnose problem with charging ring indicator. Fusion fixed at Sunset Ford on 3-22-19. Everything working great, big thanks to Nick and Hunter. Great First Experience! I had been interested in buying my first car for a while and came across one that I liked at Zeck. What I saw online is what I got in the dealership, I had been interested in buying my first car for a while and came across one that I liked at Zeck. What I saw online is what I got in the dealership, great price for the value of the car. The dealership had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere all around. Cam helped me through the whole process and wasn’t pushy at all, super friendly. I was in a situation where I wouldn’t be able to purchase the car that day do he let me test drive for a week so that I could get everything situated. Definitely recommend! More

Deception Both of the vehicles I've purchased here were used ($2xk & $42k) and both vehicles have had multiple scratches and dings all over after carwash which Both of the vehicles I've purchased here were used ($2xk & $42k) and both vehicles have had multiple scratches and dings all over after carwash which means that they've intentionally deceive the buyers. One of the parts was cracked and broken as well. Also, they don't budge at all on the prices of their vehicles; however, they give you thousands below market value of your trade-in. Also, they send you countless spam e-mails demanding 5 star review. I'm giving 2 stars because the customer service itself was good and lax. More
