Great price, poor customer service The day before I purchased the car, the salesperson was to look into other financing options but when I arrived the following day to purchase the car, The day before I purchased the car, the salesperson was to look into other financing options but when I arrived the following day to purchase the car, he had failed to do so. In fact, the salesperson did not even come to work that day and the sale was handled by a different salesperson, who was not provided sufficient information. Actually, the sale of car was initiated via an internet salesperson. So I was dealing with 3 different salespeople who were not communicating with one another. It was extremely frustrating that it took several hours to make the purchase when the financing was all in order through our bank the day before the purchase. The person giving an orientation on the features of car was not knowledgeable. I discovered a flaw in one of the seats, and the part to repair it was ordered, but the appointment to repair was 3 weeks later. This repair took 7.5 hours to replace a seat cover. I was not prepared for a wait this long. Also, after 3 weeks we had not received the title. When we called to inquire about the title, they told us they had been trying to reach us. However, we had no phone calls or emails regarding the title. There seemed a lot of young employees standing/sitting around not doing anything. We do feel like we got a fair price on the car and we did not feel pressured to purchase additional warranties or use the dealers financers. More

Once at the dealership, we worked with Cameron who made us feel at ease and comfortable with the whole car buying process. I worked with Cam Decker, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire buying experience. From start to finish, Cam and the rest of the staff at Zeck were transparent and honest, which are qualities that are hard to find at other dealerships. I never felt pressured to make decisions, and I truly felt like the staff had my best interest at heart. These qualities carried over into my interactions with the financing officer, Jeremiah, who quickly earned my trust and made me feel comfortable throughout the financing process. All-in-all, I had a wonderful experience at a Zeck and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More

And news flash of all the Ford Dealers in the KC Meteo area they actually acted like they wanted my business. I live less than 3 miles from a Ford Dealer who is unnamed and they couldn’t give me the time of day when I went in for a test drive. I drove 40 min to Zeck following a friends recommendation and because they had what I was looking for. Cameron was great and the team really made me feel as though my business was important. Oh and the truck is awesome! More

Great experience finding a hard to find Transit 150XLT. I just recently purchased my Ford Transit 150XLT and was very happy with the entire process. I worked with Cameron Decker in sales and Gene Sirabella I just recently purchased my Ford Transit 150XLT and was very happy with the entire process. I worked with Cameron Decker in sales and Gene Sirabella from their locate department. I was very picky with the features and model I wanted and those guys were great to work with. Cameron made sure I was happy with the vehicle once it arrived and their service department made sure it was ready to roll with any necessary repairs, etc. The finance person who assisted us was great and didn’t pressure us into any extra warranties; he listened to our concerns and helped us work out a great deal overall with the extended warranties we did want to purchase. Overall, the staff I encountered were great and I will definitely continue to do business with them. Thanks! More
