I had all good experiences, except for my last car, which was a I have bought every single one of my cars for the past 20 years from this dealership. I had all good experiences, except for my last car, which was a 2012 Focus. I was having nothing but problems with it and was very frustrated. I decided I was going to trade it in for a 2017 Escape. I worked with Cameron Decker. I vented to him first about how unhappy I was with the Focus. He sympathized and did not take my frustration personally. He was very patient with me and didn't make me feel like a "stupid woman". Finance worked with me to get the payments where I needed them to be and still allow me to have gap coverage and an extended warranty. Both guys made it a point to tell me how much they appreciated my loyalty to the dealership over all of these years and wanted to make sure I would be a continued customer, which I will be. We do all of our oil changes and service with Zeck as well, and have for many years. As unhappy as I was with my Focus, I am a million times happier with my new Escape! I will continue to shop local and buy from Zeck Ford! #loyaltypaysoff More

Cam and Allie are the only ones to deal with I have been looking for the right truck on the internet for a long time and finally stumbled upon the truck that I wanted. First I dealt with Allie over the internet, who quickly responded, tagged the truck I wanted and answered all the questions. She was never pushy or overbearing, she was there to help that was all. She scheduled me an appointment and the morning of texted me the name of a salesmen waiting to deal with me. I arrived there and the truck was pulled out front and ready for a test drive. I walked in and Cam was there and ready to talk. We took a test drive and began to work the deal. I hate when a salesman says they are on your side and are fighting for you, but this is the one time in 25 years of buying cars I thought he really was. Haggling was not haggling, it was a single offer, they countered, I countered back with the original and they took it. You want a car or truck and you want to leave happy, go to Zeck and DEAL WITH CAM AND ALLIE!!!!! You will leave there happy, as long as Cam and Allie are there I will not buy a car from another dealer ever. More
