I scheduled my service appointment through the Ford app. I was received at service within 10 minutes of arrival. Cameron was very helpful and informative about the recall concerns as well as the battery rep I was received at service within 10 minutes of arrival. Very easy process - I was greeted within 2 minutes of pulling into the service drive, had my vehicle in and speaking with my advisor within 3 minutes after that.
