I went a little further than I really wanted to regarding survey response. It would be nice if response process worked quicker without so many steps and clicks. This day and age everyone is asking for a survey response. I pretty much skip by all of them because it just ends up taking too much time to respond. My suggestion to you would be to make the process easier and faster with one click to maybe enter a five star rating and one more click to add a comment and that’s it. Anything else just takes too much time. I am taking the time to write this because I do understand the importance of response surveys, but I was almost ready to just forget the whole process…… And I think there was even one more step It was asking me to do and I really did give up, but apparently most of my input was received so that’s good. just food for thought
