After explaining to them we were pre-approved with our credit union and ready to purchase they allowed us to spend 2 hours deciding on a car only to say they refused to sell me if I didn’t let them financ credit union and ready to purchase they allowed us to spend 2 hours deciding on a car only to say they refused to sell me if I didn’t let them finance the deal. I would have let them shop rates for me however the way they handled the entire deal was very greedy and self serving for themselves. It was very clear they weren’t looking for a lifelong customer. They were looking for the next “sucker” to pad their pockets! I went to Toyota of Richardson and purchased the same exact car with less miles and a very pleasant experience. More

Mr. Harris was initially a pleasure to work with. However, after a discrepancy between what he told me and my final contract, I have not heard from him, Harris was initially a pleasure to work with. However, after a discrepancy between what he told me and my final contract, I have not heard from him, the GM I’ve emailed, and the customer service rep. I recommend keeping every little sheet they have you sign, that was my mistake. More
