Service was performed but not timely Making the first appointment was good. Checking in was good. Service went fine for oil change. Part needed and ordered. Was never called for follo Making the first appointment was good. Checking in was good. Service went fine for oil change. Part needed and ordered. Was never called for follow up appointment. I had to call to find out what was taking so long. Come to find out, the part had been there for over a week. The follow through was not very good in ensuring my needed service was completed. When I dropped the car off for the final service, I requested that they clean it, even if I had to pay for it. This was not done when I came to pick up the car so I had to wait for them to finish although I was told it was ready. More

Steering wheel recall Took 6 hours to do when it was supposed to be 2. Tried calling for 2 hours after with no answer. The secretary even put me through the the assistant manager and there was no answer. Called for about an hour from 4-5 PM, assumed all the workers would be answering their phones at this time. Eventually had to drive to the dealership right before it closed and on the drive up I finally got a text that it was done. More
