Great service from Derek and the team at James Wood in Decatur. The location in Denton had given us the runaround a few times, 3 times actually where we were trying to get a new pick up truck secured for Decatur. The location in Denton had given us the runaround a few times, 3 times actually where we were trying to get a new pick up truck secured for when we moved into the area. We gave up and then actually ran into someone from the Decatur location who ended up helping us a million times over than the other location. We ended up purchasing both vehicles from Derek, who helped with the Costco and Military Discounts, delivering the vehicles we were looking for, clean and explained from top to bottom. Definitely recommend the Decatur location, NOT the Denton location at all. More
