Service was great, but took too long to get in due to shortage of loaner cars. That being said, the very first salesman I spoke to and worked with was Carlo. He was highly professional but most importantly he was down to earth and friendly. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle, he was more than happy to give us a tour while we waited. The process was smooth and seamless, a first time for everything. If you have the chance to work with him on any deals, I highly recommend it. He's earned himself a repeat customer in me. More
