Service was great, but took too long to get in due to shortage of loaner cars. I live 20 miles away, so will want to get on the plan where you drop off the loaner and pick up my car- that is what I was shortage of loaner cars. It had lots of dirt on the bumpers and the back seats were not vacuumed. Again, service and communications was tops. These are just a few things keeping it from being a exceptional experience.
