That evening, I met Carlo and he was ready for me, the car was parked out front and I received the warmest welcome upon walking into the showroom. I probably spent 1-1/2 hours with Carlo and he knew I was apprehensive to purchase and encouraged me to test drive the additional vehicles I had mentioned to him - even providing directions to the two other dealerships - who does that?! I'll tell you, someone that knows he sells a superior product for an excellent value. After I test drove the other vehicles, I knew the A4 was the vehicle for me. We started the paperwork on Friday over the phone/email. On Saturday morning, we arrived to grand welcome from Carlo, the busiest day possible for dealerships, being familiar with the industry, I get it, but Saturday was the only day we could make it in - we live in the city. After I made the purchase, Carlo spent a significant amount of time taking me through many of the controls and features. He could sense that we were getting a bit overwhelmed and reminded me of the instructional videos available and well as inviting me back in for more training after we had some time with the car. I have never felt so confident purchasing a vehicle - zero second guessing or buyers remorse. If you want to be treated like family - Carlo Gilli and Hoffman Estates Audi are the dealer/ship for you. More
