Everything was great at Honda, both Carlos and Alyssia did a great job. They took the time to show me different cars. Wow! What a Great Experience!! I needed to help my Niece with getting a car. She is a healthcare worker in NYC and needed a Very Small car for Parking in the City. We found a Pre-Owned car that looked like a match..We set an appointment to come in . First of all I need to comment on how clean the Dealership was. I felt like they did a great job taking precautions to deal with shopping during Covid-19. But the best part of the experience had to be dealing with the salesperson and Managers . Carlos Acosta the salesperson was very Helpful from the time we walked in, offered a Test drive and was Very Knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions that we had.. We also met with the Used Car Manager, Vincent Zerbo. Vinny was also Great. He was Very nice. My niece was a little unsure if the car was small enough. He answered our many questions ,there was no pressure to make a decision. We also met with Managers Mike Lyttle and Pat Connelly, , The finance Manager.. Both of them were very helpful with getting things ready for the Delivery. Yes, because it was a great car, a great price and the Customer Service was so Amazing. She took the car home that night. I had such a great experience making a purchase with DCH Kay Honda. Considering the current circumstances with the Covid-19 they took all proper precautions and made my buying experience so safe and smooth. Kay Honda. First off I live in NY and Carlos Acosta drove the car all the way to me so I can see it and test drive it in person before I made the purchase which was really great. I saw the car drove it and loved it so I wound up going through with the purchase but if I didn't like the car they would take it back to jersey (no strings attached) I'm so happy with my purchase and even more happy with their customer service. Carlos was amazing as well as everyone else on his team. He had someone pick him up and take him back to NJ once I completed the purchase. I highly recommend making your next purchase with DCH Kay Honda. They went above and beyond to get me my car and I'm so happy I had the pleasure of working with them. I would definitely purchase from them again in the near future. More
