If you want leave your car, if not you can go other service…” I left my car, because I had no other choice, the car was leaking oil and didn’t want to risk and drive to other service. Is this your service? Is it appropriate saying “I don’t know” ? Additionally, I asked to replace my car with other car while my car is under repair as far as I have RentalCare in my warranty. But you didn’t replace it referring that I should wait inspection. Where is the logic of the RentalCare if you bypass it saying that inspection will be no one knows when. I totally regret that I bought my car from Jeep and had awful experience with service. More

I’ve went into the dealership for a warranty battery that went bad. I haven’t had my car over a year in this was the second time my battery died.
