The salesman was great, but the business policy not allowing a newly purchased vehicle to leave without proof of insurance was extremely disappointing, I currently have State Farm insurance for twenty allowing a newly purchased vehicle to leave without proof of insurance was extremely disappointing, I currently have State Farm insurance for twenty years and have purchased new vehicles in the date of Florida plenty of times and recently purchased two new vehicles from Mazda and providing a current insurance card which legally allows the customer to sell and buy vehicles but requires the client to immediate notify the carrier or in some cases the dealer would have you sign an disclaimer attesting to current insurance coverage however in this case my vehicle I had just purchased was not allowed to leave the property…it was extremely frustrating and embarrassing and after speaking with the many who provided o help I don’t think I will go through that again , it made no sense, especially after I legally and financially was responsible to have coverage on the vehicle. Lastly, this was no reflection on the salesman “Carlos” was great my wife and I really enjoyed his demeanor. Thanks for taking the time to read my comments…! Mr. Payne More
