I made an appointment on the phone, then was pleasantly surprised the first time I drove up to this impressive location buzzing with customers and staff. My first Service Advisor was Cameron who did a thorough job and I loved receiving text updates. Today I was blessed with my Service Advisor, Rigo, who recently moved to Gosch Temecula after taking care of my service needs since 2016 with his friendly positive attitude while always professional and trustworthy. Keaton, the Technician I never met, sent me a text message containing a link to watch a recorded video of him explaining exactly what he found under my hood and the services performed. Carlos in Parts was helpful when I needed a new window shade and a small missing part and explained how to use my FordPass Rewards for the first time which reduced the cost. I place a high value on good service after being a happy Mercedes owner for 30 years before switching to Ford so I appreciate the complimentary car wash too! I would highly recommend Gosch Ford Temecula if you want dependable service and excellent customer care. More
