Dont give them a "refundable deposit" I was interested in a used car they had on their lot..so I went there to drive the car after calling and talking to a sales person...Amy was her name. I was interested in a used car they had on their lot..so I went there to drive the car after calling and talking to a sales person...Amy was her name.. She informed me that if I had an interest in the car after I drove it they could hold the car with a $300. fully refundable deposit. Ha!! It's been 6 weeks from the time I asked for the deposit back...still no action. When I call I get the run around and they all say we will take care of that today...but of course, as I say, 6 weeks ago still no return of deposit...dont trust these ppl... More

This is my second purchase at this dealership and I am very satisfied once again. I am in the Automotive Industry and am pleased with the service I received. I had been going back and forth with Kris in r very satisfied once again. I am in the Automotive Industry and am pleased with the service I received. I had been going back and forth with Kris in regards to a vehicle I was interested in and this dealership had by far the most transparent and responsive communication out of the numerous dealerships I have been in contact with, despite the circumstances. I called and made an appointment and spoke to Trevon who pulled up the vehicle and had it ready before I arrived. I spoke to Carlos the Sales Manager who took great care of me along with Shawn in finance who worked hard to get the best possible financing. I am so excited to pick up my new ride! Thank you again.
