Over 3 hours for an oil change! What a joke. Absolutely ridiculous for such a simple service to take this long. No updates, no apologies. I had to go into service and try to track d What a joke. Absolutely ridiculous for such a simple service to take this long. No updates, no apologies. I had to go into service and try to track down someone who could tell me what was happening. At 3 hrs they had to call an Uber to send me home so I didn't miss an 11:30 appt. I was 15 minutes late. It's a good thing my husband went with so he stayed at the dealership another hour. What they call Express Service is anything but. Also, I had an email offer for 6 quarts of oil but the guy checking in my truck only gave me 5 at that price. I had to argue that as well, even though I printed the email and it was clearly stated in writing. More

I went in for a simple show me how to use my CarPlay. This man went way beyond his call of duty to try and help me. When he checked my vehicle he found out there was a recall. He provided me a loaner v This man went way beyond his call of duty to try and help me. When he checked my vehicle he found out there was a recall. He provided me a loaner vehicle, called everyday to give me an update on where the part was. This gentleman was so nice, polite and so helpful.
