Unfortunately I would rate it very bad. My service advisor was good but went on vacation while my vehicle was in service. Either no one was assigned his customers or whoever was did not car My service advisor was good but went on vacation while my vehicle was in service. Either no one was assigned his customers or whoever was did not care about them. The only communication I received was videos from the technician in which he seems very confused. The repairs were done poorly. He did the brakes (pads and rotors replaced) now parking brake doesn’t work. He did a transmission service (flush / filter) and now there is a trans fluid leak. The entire front / grill was left unsecured with bolts missing. I discussed some concerns with the service manager and left it there an extra day. I picked it up just to get it out of there but clearly he did not go over the work performed by the original technician. More
