I went in for oil change and was advised of several things that needed to be done, a couple things should be covered by my mopar warranty, Carlos worked to get them approved and followed up with me. There was just lack of communication between my service person. I called several times on multiple days to find out status of my jeep, and I was never able to get in contact with him. I am a truck driver person. I called several times on multiple days to find out status of my jeep, and I was never able to get in contact with him. I am a truck driver and its difficult for me to be on the phone and to be put on hold for over a half hour, its not acceptable. My vehicle was supposed to be fixed within a day or two, it took longer. I can understand, sometimes it can take longer, but was never offer a rental, until I asked. Lastly, when I was able to speak to him over the phone, he stated, that if I had checked my phone I would see that he text me to let me know my vehicle was ready. I did not receive any text. Very unprofessional statement. I have nothing against this gentleman, but if he is that busy that he can't return phone calls, then maybe he needs help. More
