I met Carlos for the first time on Monday, as this was my first service interval. Basic service such as an oil and filter change, new fuel filters, new air filter, new cabin air filter, and some software upd first service interval. Basic service such as an oil and filter change, new fuel filters, new air filter, new cabin air filter, and some software updates. Carlos was polite, , knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Unfortunately, some air was introduced into the injection lines when the fuel filters were replaced. Gave Carlos a call. He had my truck scheduled for service the next morning. When I met Carlos this morning he was extremely professional and had my truck in the service bay immediately. Problem was satisfactorily resolved. I will continue to request Carlos as my service advisor for future service needs. He is truly an asset to CDJR of Leesburg. More

It took 3 months to get my 2021 Grand Cherokee electronic suspension fixed. This was not the dealers fault. Stellantis couldn’t be bothered to manufacture the part, so it wasn’t available. However, the deal suspension fixed. This was not the dealers fault. Stellantis couldn’t be bothered to manufacture the part, so it wasn’t available. However, the dealer left my Jeep sitting in the hot sun the entire time, causing my dashboard’s leather to come loose and crumple. I had a sun shade sitting in the back seat. I’ve called twice to discuss the issue with no response. Next stop corporate. If no response after that, court. Luckily, I’m a lawyer and won’t have to worry about whether the damages are too low to hire one. More
