Wheel damage I had scratched the wheel on a curb, but had purchased the tire/insurance when I bought my car. Carlos Munoz, my service advisor, took excellent care I had scratched the wheel on a curb, but had purchased the tire/insurance when I bought my car. Carlos Munoz, my service advisor, took excellent care of me and my car. He knew the car and immediately knew the wheel had to be sent to an outside vendor to be certain it was properly repaired. There was a bit of an obstacle to overcome due to the policy. But, Jesus Castillo, made sure my claim was honored the correct way. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was taken care of by your valet, Ken (sorry, I did not know his last name ) because Carlos was out. Ken was very professional when I explained that I was not satisfied with the way the wheel looked. He saw the overspray and spoke to his manager, while I had coffee. I was given a loaner and told that the dealership service department believes in customer satisfaction. In an hour or so, Carlos Munoz called me and assured me he checked out the repair, agreed with me and would closely follow up. So, Kudos to Carlos Munoz, Ken, my valet, and to Jesus Castillo for backing me up with the insurance carrier. All three gentlemen are an asset to Sarasota BMW!
