Fantastic Service Experience Recently relocated to Sarasota FL from Ohio. Brought my BMW and all of its issues with me. On my first service visit to BMW of Sarasota I met Carlos, Recently relocated to Sarasota FL from Ohio. Brought my BMW and all of its issues with me. On my first service visit to BMW of Sarasota I met Carlos, my service coordinator and was extremely pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail. Carlos Munoz listened to my labored tail of woe related to the history of my vehicle and he took the information and worked diligently with my former BMW dealer service coordinator, Cassidy (The BMW Store, Cincinnati) and the extended warranty company to research and resolve the current problems with the car. I will be bringing the car back to BMW if Sarasota for it’s next service requirement. More
