Total Dissapointment Very dissapointed. It was all about money and not customer satisfaction. The tactics used to force you to buy their over priced service was despicable Very dissapointed. It was all about money and not customer satisfaction. The tactics used to force you to buy their over priced service was despicable. Such as doing a diagnostic that will cost you $115, unless you buy the service. Then they will waive the $115.00. The service I needed was a battery ... wait for it ... $420.00 for a battery! Then when you refuse their overpriced battery they get you with " we have rigged the system so you have to buy the battery from us or it won't recognize the battery" (SIC). That little service to "program" your vehicle to recognize your battery will cost you $170.00. Melting door handles that should have been a recall, would normally cost you $700.00, but I was lucky enough to call BMW USA and "only" got charged $300.00 for BMW's engineering mistake. A tiny little parking lamp that comes on when you open the door with your key fob will cost you $140.00. I will get rid of the car before I ever take my car to BMW Sarasota again. More

I took it in with the problem if the starter sounding very slow. They found that my battery was essentially dead, even though I got it about a year and a half ago. They didn't charge me a dime, saying it was still under warranty, even though they checked out the whole system and washed the car! Great service and really nice people. More
