I inquired about cpo, as a bmwcca member, I read there are good used cars offered. When I asked for a list, the young nice guy asked an older dark haired man and he said, look online. I took this as a get lost, never will I buy a car there! Rude, brusk. If he only knew I was serious about an upgrade. This to me was the real personality of the sales team. Do not contact me!! More

328i maintenance My 2010 328i needed new rear tires. Carlos was able to accommodate my schedule, and arranged for Derick to help me. Since we had to order the tires My 2010 328i needed new rear tires. Carlos was able to accommodate my schedule, and arranged for Derick to help me. Since we had to order the tires, I was able to get them replaced on a Saturday, and Lewis was able to keep me informed so I could go to breakfast with my family while they did the change. Incredibly, I could tell the difference right away. It is so nice to have a nice waiting area, friendly staff, and great service; it makes my maintenance visits worth the time. More
