BMW Sarasota A-1. Carlos Munoz is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The service in the Sarasota dealership is excellent. All personnel friendly Carlos Munoz is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The service in the Sarasota dealership is excellent. All personnel friendly and caring. Especially Susan Schoengold who gave me her own personnel chair to use for 2 hours. My one complaint is that I am under 5 ‘ and your chairs are for people way over my height. She made my wait comfortable and went out of her way to accommodate me. Thank you Susan. More

Great service leads to a great newer BMW Naycolle took time to educate me on the BMW 5xd with m package and through that educational process got me into an exceptional driving experience. I n Naycolle took time to educate me on the BMW 5xd with m package and through that educational process got me into an exceptional driving experience. I never knew such an exceptional vehicle existed and because Naycolle took the time with us we are now driving it and enjoying it.! It is worth noting that Carlos Munoz servicing of my 330ci over the last several years contributed to my wanting to make certain my next purchase was with BMW of Sarasota. What a great overall experience! More

Requested work not done— again!!! Hi, I have had our vehicle in twice over the past month and requested an oil change and tire rotation. When my wife showed up for the first appointme Hi, I have had our vehicle in twice over the past month and requested an oil change and tire rotation. When my wife showed up for the first appointment they would not rotate the tires or complete an oil change - since it wasn’t time. Second visit, a tire and spring were replaced and a oil change was recommended ( remember the week before, the service department said it wasn’t time). The spring and tire were replaced BUT still no tire rotation. As a former Michelin tire reprentative in the northeast I was surprised the shop did not know how to fix my tire,.....buff, glue, patch and repair for a self sealing tire- instead the dealership told me they didn’t have skilled personnel, so I had to purchase a tire for over $300. Additionally the tire rotation was again not done....and my tires are becoming slightly feathered, which now puts them out of warranty since I don’t have any rotation compliance or paperwork. I’m in the process of shopping for another new vehicle and considering other brands and dealerships. More
