Excellent Service Experience I setup and appointment with Carlos Muñoz to service my 2015 BMW M4. Carlos made sure the appointment accommodated my schedule. He arranged for a loan I setup and appointment with Carlos Muñoz to service my 2015 BMW M4. Carlos made sure the appointment accommodated my schedule. He arranged for a loaner which was ready when I arrived at the dealership. The work was completed on the same day ahead of his estimated timeframe. Upon my arrival at the dealership, he personally greeted me. To my surprise, he had my car washed and beautifully cleaned. He walked me through the work performed in order to validate my satisfaction. We own other high end German vehicles and this is the best experience I’ve ever had for a service appointment. We’ll done Carlos and Sarasota BMW! This is role model service and customer care. More

X5 service visit. I recently brought my 2017 X5 in for routine maintenance, repair of a faulty sensor under warranty, and detailing. Although the replacement of the sen I recently brought my 2017 X5 in for routine maintenance, repair of a faulty sensor under warranty, and detailing. Although the replacement of the sensor became more involved than expected, requiring reprogramming of the auto-stop feature, My service advisor, Carlos Munoz, kept me informed of all developments and had a brake system flush that came do performed while the car was there. When I got it back from detailing, it was immaculate. Showroom condition or better. I thank Carlos and the rest of the staff for thorough job. More
