Carlos is amazing. Took the car in with an issue of rough starting at gas station after filling up tank. I was given a rental and the car was promised the next day. Well, I had forgotten the Mrs had planned a road trip with our daughters and needed to leave early the next day. I updated Carlos of the situation and headed back down to pick up car and we’d try another day. A few minutes after I arrived, Carlos greeted me in the waiting area to tell me the car was fixed already! Turns out his detailed notes about it only happening at gas station gave your tech a good head start on where the issue would be. Carlos got us on the road that very day and I’m not sleeping on the couch this week! More
