There was no up-selling or pressure from the salesman and the finance office secured a loan for me in 20 minutes. From start to finish I looked at three cars, made my choice, had plates and registration transferred, obtained a loan and was driving home in my new car in under 2 hours. It was the best car buying experience I have had in 30 years! If you are serious about purchasing a car, getting a fair deal, being treated with respect and desire a easy car buying experience, Tufankjian is the only place to go. More

The Best of the Best!!! I needed to trade my wife's car and get a new one for her and a second car so all my kids could share it. I thought my old car was worth a certain am I needed to trade my wife's car and get a new one for her and a second car so all my kids could share it. I thought my old car was worth a certain amount until I realized I was looking at the trade-in on Edmund's wrong. With that said, everyone it seemed, I mean everyone, from the owner Greg, manager's Carlos and Kenny, finance guru Walace and salesman Edwin put their heads together to make it happen. They spent a long time with me that I can never thank them enough. These people are about making long term customers, (Which they did) not the usual quick hit, sell whatever you can to make a buck out there thieves that dominate the industry so much. They made it happen. I leased 2 vehicles and kept near my budget that I know if they didn't help the way they did, I would not be able too. I know that maybe some people will complain about anything, but if you do, they will really go out of their way to make you happy. But I know one thing these guys, especially the owner Greg is a class act. It seems like the whole family that own the dealership are very nice honest people. Don't waste you time with the slick bait and switch clowns, and I have met them all at other dealers. Go here and give it a whirl. You will not be disappointed. More

Good Experience Great dealer and great prices. Walked in there looking to see what prices they will give me for my trade in and for a 2015 Tundra Crewmax Limited. Great dealer and great prices. Walked in there looking to see what prices they will give me for my trade in and for a 2015 Tundra Crewmax Limited. Had two more appointments that day with other dealerships but they pretty much beat their prices and then still went a little lower. Price was lower then truecar.com lowest price for the vehicle and they gave me book value for my trade in. Andy was great as well as Mark. I did have an issue with the delivery of the truck. before walking in, the estimate delivery date was 16-20th then I was told the 21st then 5 days later still nothing. Didn't show up until the 28th but it was out of their hands. It was due to railroad strikes. They were also not happy about the situation either and they understood my frustration. But overall, I would go there again even for this minor setback. But once the vehicle arrived, it felt like I was priority and as soon as I walked in, Mark was there to greet me as well as Andy. Also I called everyday for two weeks from a clam phone call to a agitated phone call and Mark and Andy were still there at the end to make sure everything is smooth and perfect. They were great. Carlos has called me and he was also very clear on the delays and the updates as soon as he got them. Mark called me the final three days to give me an update even if it was a negative update but still an update. Even Brain was there to greet me after I sat down. My paperwork was all in order and was ready for me to sign when everything was ready. Great team there. Bill did a great job on the accessories. Great knowledge of the products. Even with the setback, I will be going back there. No questions about it. If you do want a custom vehicle or a vehicle that isn't at the lot, just be warned, it can take longer then expected. Their Service team is also top notch. I have not been to their service yet but I know a lot of people that will drive there just to have their vehicle serviced. They do a great job. More

The Best Help Getting My New Car I just bought a new Sequoia 2014 and all I can say is: I'm Very very very satisfied with the customer sevice that I had and I always have every time I I just bought a new Sequoia 2014 and all I can say is: I'm Very very very satisfied with the customer sevice that I had and I always have every time I go to this dealership, Eduardo Vivas to me is one of the greatest sales persons I've ever met, he really takes care of customers and answers every question you can have. I just bought my 3rd car at this dealership and specificly helped by mr. Eduardo Vivas and I am more than happy having him as a sales person. They all helped me to get the car I wanted, even though I had a little problems with my credit score, mr. Carlos Ortega and mr. Don Richmond together with Mr Brian Mcgranth solved the problem and got me the car I really wanted. I do highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new car or pre-owned car and having mr Eduardo Vivas as a salesman would make your purchasing experience very pleasurable. Great Dealership! While shopping for a new Toyota Camry 4-Door LE Sedan I viewed several dealer websites and personally visited 4 separate Toyota new car dealerships wi While shopping for a new Toyota Camry 4-Door LE Sedan I viewed several dealer websites and personally visited 4 separate Toyota new car dealerships within a 25 miles of my residence. I must say though that all four Toyota dealers I visited was a pleasant experience. Three of the four dealers visited did not have in their inventory the specific car that I was looking to purchase for my wife. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Tufankjian Braintree Toyota and found the basic car and color ( Parisian Night Blue) parked on the show room floor. Within in a few minutes of my arrival I was approached by the Carlos Ortega where I informed him that I had been contacted on-line internet by Jason Gordon and invited to see the new 2015 Toyota. Although Jason was not available Mr. Ortega promptly introduced to Jordan Fehringer, a very bright and knowledgeable young man who proved to be very helpful throughout the purchasing process. Jordan was pleasant to work with as well as all the other staff members in finance and customer service that I dealt with. Should I purchase another car from Braintree Toyota I would ask for Jordan Fehringer. I would recommend Tufankjian Braintree Toyota dealership to friends and relatives. Not just a customer, but family!! Buying a car is known to be a stressful endeavor. You know what you want/need and you know what you can afford. As someone who had to deal with a few different dealerships and multiple sales people, I can wholeheartedly say, that if Tufankjian in Braintree is not your first stop, it should without a doubt be your last. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly helpful. Bob Wilfand, in particular, made the entire process easy and even fun. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford. He gave me options and found me the perfect car! It had everything I wanted, and a few bonus features. He gave me a price that I couldn't pass up. He treated me like family and even sat with me for about 6 hours while I finalized a few last minute touches. The best part of the entire experience is that it is not a gimmick. Once you step foot in the building you become family for life. They are happy to see you and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. I will never go anywhere else! More

Well It's obvious that he did since I'm now writting a review. I would like to say THANK YOU to Manuel Javier! He was so good at what he did. He was so patient, funny, and overall very thorough in explaining or answering any of our questions. My most favorite and unforgetable part of this whole experience was after he showed me the car, and I fell for it, I said to him " come on, let's do the paperwork, where do i sign?" He's responce was " NO! You first have to drive it and make sure you like it and you are comfortable in it" That just WOWED me!! I felt that he was sincere, honest and was not just trying to get a sale. A million thanks to Manuel he's a true sales person! He needs a raise or an extra bonus!! Also thank you to Wallace he is very nice and knows his job he made signing all those papers easy! A last Thank you to Carlos he made sure I had no questions regarding my new car, and that everything was explained to me. Overall this experice was exceptional! After waiting 6 weeks for a 2015 Toyota Highlander, with great anticipation and excitement, I was completely deflated after discovering that the vehicle I expected did not make it to the dealership. I then met Carlos who took extraordinary time and care working with me to restore the integrity of the deal and subsequently my faith in this dealership. As a result of his exemplary Customer Service, although not my first choice, I'm now driving a beautiful, new Highlander that I equally love. I'm sure that under his leadership, Tufankjian Toyota will become one of the premier dealership from which to purchase a vehicle in the New England area! More

Jordan and Carlos followed up via email and phone. Until ultimately came back and purchased the car I originally looked at. The entire sales process was enjoyable and smooth. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and polite. Also, it is the largest dealership I have ever been in. Lots of positive energy. More
