It is great for Filipinos in Massachusetts to have a sales person like Mr. Erwin Amboy. Very easy to talk to and easily explains the sales process. Gives opinions on what options to take. Have a good and pleasant personality during the sales process. But regardless of ethnicity, Mr. Erwin Amboy is the right sales person to go to in this dealership. Mark McElroy was also very helpful in the process. Mr. Carlos Ortega gave his assurance that I will be treated nicely. Mr. Detellis who sells accessories for the vehicle was excellent with the products he was selling. It was good to hear different options for a particular accessories but basically the accessories are priced higher than MSRP prices for the genuine ones. Mr. Bob Hadges took care of the financing part. He was helpful in presenting the formal computations and some extras to purchase that is up to us customers if we decide to include it or not. Overall I had a pleasant, unintimidating, unpressured experience at this dealership. More

This was our third trip to Tufankjian and for good reason, they are always super helpful and have always gotten us into the car we are looking for. From our first experience with Kenny Tempro, who mad reason, they are always super helpful and have always gotten us into the car we are looking for. From our first experience with Kenny Tempro, who made things happen and never made us feel pressured into any decisions, to our most recent experience working with Tony Depina who kept us rolling with a new Sienna, we have never been disappointed. The help doesn't stop on the sales floor. Carlos Ortega has always made the numbers work, no matter what we seem to throw at him. Finally, Walace Langame makes the actual leasing/buying process a breeze, when all that paperwork would otherwise seem daunting. At the end of the day, we have always received the service we wanted, we've always been met by someone with a smile on their face, and we've always left happy. More

In Nov. 2009, my wife and I purchased a 2010 Camry. Our experience then with Benson Onwuamaebu and the rest of the staff was so positive that we recommended them to our daughter when she needed a car for h experience then with Benson Onwuamaebu and the rest of the staff was so positive that we recommended them to our daughter when she needed a car for her work. Recently, my wife had the 2010 Camry serviced. While she was waiting she went to the showroom and was impressed by a 2014 Camry Hybrid shown there. A few days later I went by to see for myself. A brief talk with Benson convinced me that my wife and I should come to the dealership and explore our options with Benson. In the end we traded in our 2010 for the 2014 Hybrid. Again like in 2009, Benson was the ideal person to deal with, knowledgeable, professional, thorough. All our questions and concerns were addressed and answers. Based on this meeting, we decided to buy. Later we met with the Accessories Manager Bil Detellis and the Finance Manager Wallace Langame. Both of these gentlemen wer also thorough, and professional. They were also very nice people that were a pleasure to deal with. All our options were completely discussed and the details of the financing patiently laid out for us. In the end we felt confident about our decision. On the day we picked up the car, Benson was very helpful explaining all the features of a Hybrid.
