I authorized Carlos to complete the service that he suggested. Picked up my truck and the service wasn’t completed. When I asked why, he claimed he never received the text confirmation when he clearly suggested. Picked up my truck and the service wasn’t completed. When I asked why, he claimed he never received the text confirmation when he clearly did. Didn’t take the time to carefully reread our text thread. He didn’t own up to his mistake and was rude. He made me feel as though he was xxxxing with me. Makes me never want to show up at your service center again. Will certainly buy my next truck at a different dealer. More
