My initial response to the Toyota dealership of downtown la was great. The service personal was courteous and the sales manager Johnathan worked with my daughter on getting the best deal possible. As our ex la was great. The service personal was courteous and the sales manager Johnathan worked with my daughter on getting the best deal possible. As our experience continued it was destroyed by deception and manipulation. No one was able to thoroughly evaluate her circumstance until Toyota corporate was contacted. The service representative Carlos lied on multiple occasions while also attempting to gaslight my daughter and I. I noticed that there were no other workers in this facility that were of my African American ethnicity …. I thought maybe there were all off on the same day, but as i look at the current list of Toyota staff i know that my observation is wrong. Why aren’t there any black people working here? Why did i feel my views were disrespected by the staff? It seems to me that the color of my skin created racial discrimination from not only one person but multiple.I will never recommend this dealership to anyone that i know nor will my daughter EVER purchase a vehicle from here again. This was her first vehicle purchase and I hate that she had to go through such disdain and incivility by the impudent staff of Toyota of downtown LA. P.S. Please do not trust their judgment on “inspections” and “investigations”. IF YOU WANT TO GO HERE DON’T!!!!!! More

Carlos is the best. He always take care of my Yaris and make sure I get the best deal and the service can be done quickly for me. He gave me assistance multiple times li He always take care of my Yaris and make sure I get the best deal and the service can be done quickly for me. He gave me assistance multiple times like when I had to deal with Kemper insurance because another driver destroyed my mirror and helped me make the situation with the insurance company better as they were just making everything a headache. And another time, when I had a battery issue, he told to me come right away and I left with a bran new battery installed on my car in less than 2 hours. I am super thankful!;-) More
