I just picked up my GLC and Carlos Pereda was my sales person - he truly is different than any other Mercedes salesperson i have ever met over past 15 years with the brand- he is experienced, dedicated an person - he truly is different than any other Mercedes salesperson i have ever met over past 15 years with the brand- he is experienced, dedicated and patient with the sales process was no gimmick back and forth dealership manager sales tactic- NOPE. I gave a realistic price that another dealership was offering he matched it within a minute and we proceeded to Financial Consultant Rosa Soriano- Now this is where things get even better. Usually when you see a financial manager you spend in the room for one hour sales tactics by warranty paint protection etc...however Rosa was very straightforward made me feel comfortable about option packages i had, no pressure, and I was able to purchase what i wanted and was done with process quickly. By The time I went upstairs everything was already ready printed and efficiently done...She was also one of the few financial personnel that explained all fees in detail step by step and was extremely dedicated professional way beyond any financial personnel I have ever met including prior experience w Audi BMW and for the past year’s Mercedes. When you’re purchasing a luxury vehicle you want to feel no pressure but at the same time excellence in customer service professionalism, and a sense of dedication to your needs which really makes the whole process even more valuable. The combination of Carlos Pereda and Rosa (Finance) really truly made me loyal to this Mercedes-Benz dealership.
