A simple oil change ruined my engine. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, NOT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. This is supposed to be a quality service at the dealership but it's far from it. I purchased maintenance package which included tire rotation, they have never rotated my tires after 5K and told Methodist next visit. I marked my tires and told service manager tires were never rotate rotation, they have never rotated my tires after 5K and told Methodist next visit. I marked my tires and told service manager tires were never rotated and needed to be rotated this time and it is already 9.6K mileage on them and asked them to wash th car as they did not last time either. I waited over 2,5 hours they did not offer any ride to work or home. And finally they told me oil and filter service done and I asked what about tires, and was told rotated and it was also stated on the service papers. When I went to check the tires, they were not rotated and car’s inside was not cleaned outside was already washed by me before the service. When I confronted that tires were not rotated and car was not cleaned. I was told it was and told the manager Carlos that I numbered the tires and they are still in the same spot. And also cars inside was not cleaned. He said they don’t inside of the cars because they were getting complaints for missing items. ((Really???) And apologized after talking with technicians that tires were not roasted and they would do it now. I had to wait another 45 minutes for rotation. And talked the service manager stating that this was unacceptable and dishonest. I could not even trust that the changed the oil and the filter. He apologized and said he would do oil change again and have me see it. They redone the oil and filter replacement. And offered to to fill the gas tank. I told him it was not necessary, but they did it. They tried to recover but it left a bad taste already in my mouth… I can’t blame the service manager as they go with what technicians say or do but bad service experience regardless. Also thye never set the service in car’s computer and my car still says service past due… I also never got the answer as to what my car’s service plan covers… More
