He even knew that I was getting antsy because the car I wanted was in the showroom and as soon as he was able to, he took the car to get it detailed so others would stop looking at it and touching it. He was sensitive to my needs and understanding to my more critical fiance. Carlos was awesome! John helped us too and was able to help us get a great deal. We were appreciative of his help and understanding! When it came to crunching the numbers, Hector and Jacob were great. I would say that taking the price sheet back with them makes it look like they are hiding something from you. Just some feedback. Ultimately I love my car and am super happy with the purchase! More
