He completely understood our needs and made sure to satisfy the features that were important to us Mr. Carlos Roman was very friendly and serviceable. He completely understood our needs and made sure to satisfy the features that were important to us. He treated us like old family friends. Over the years my family has done business many times with Universal Hyundai, but this was definitely one of the most calming and efficient experiences we've had purchasing a car there. Even though the process is always lengthy, we did not feel at any point frustrated or cheated. My mother has wanted a Santa Fe SUV ever since I can remember and now her dreams have finally come true! Carlos is Awesome! Our salesperson, Carlos Roman, was absolutely fantastic! He listened to us, got to know us, and helped us find the car we wanted. He even knew that I Our salesperson, Carlos Roman, was absolutely fantastic! He listened to us, got to know us, and helped us find the car we wanted. He even knew that I was getting antsy because the car I wanted was in the showroom and as soon as he was able to, he took the car to get it detailed so others would stop looking at it and touching it. He was sensitive to my needs and understanding to my more critical fiance. Carlos was awesome! John helped us too and was able to help us get a great deal. We were appreciative of his help and understanding! When it came to crunching the numbers, Hector and Jacob were great. I would say that taking the price sheet back with them makes it look like they are hiding something from you. Just some feedback. Ultimately I love my car and am super happy with the purchase! More
