Best experience ever I was kept informed and updated on the progress of my vehicle. Carlos was warm and friendly. He also gave me good advice and the job was completed in a timely manner. It took me calling customer service to find out my parts was in. They didn’t put the part in until called and then found out there was another issue that the warranty expired while sitting in the shop. Now was in. They didn’t put the part in until called and then found out there was another issue that the warranty expired while sitting in the shop. Now it’s a total transmission when I could have fixed that when I brought it in the shop. I wasn’t prepared to pay 8,000 after waiting 6 months More

I took my truck for a regular oil change and when I picked up my car and got home I noticed that the cap for the oil tank was missing. They did not close the oil tank which could’ve caused me to spill picked up my car and got home I noticed that the cap for the oil tank was missing. They did not close the oil tank which could’ve caused me to spill the oil and potentially start a fire. When I called the dealer, they were willing to pick up the truck so they can inspect if there was any damage. They sent a towing company to pick up the car. The guy driving the tow dropped my car while trying trying to put it up the ramp. My wife was outside and she saw the whole thing. Once I got my truck back I inspected it and one of the shocks is leaking which was not before! When I called the dealer they told me they have NOTHING to do with the towing company (Andrews towing company). I called the towing company and they won’t do anything!! This happened because of a simple mistake! I am highly upset the dealer won’t even try to call the towing company since they were the ones to pay for the service!!! Very incompetent and with little regards to customer service! More
