I took my truck for a regular oil change and when I picked up my car and got home I noticed that the cap for the oil tank was missing. They did not close the oil tank which could’ve caused me to spill picked up my car and got home I noticed that the cap for the oil tank was missing. They did not close the oil tank which could’ve caused me to spill the oil and potentially start a fire. When I called the dealer, they were willing to pick up the truck so they can inspect if there was any damage. They sent a towing company to pick up the car. The guy driving the tow dropped my car while trying trying to put it up the ramp. My wife was outside and she saw the whole thing. Once I got my truck back I inspected it and one of the shocks is leaking which was not before! When I called the dealer they told me they have NOTHING to do with the towing company (Andrews towing company). I called the towing company and they won’t do anything!! This happened because of a simple mistake! I am highly upset the dealer won’t even try to call the towing company since they were the ones to pay for the service!!! Very incompetent and with little regards to customer service! More

I made an appointment for 2 recalls and a 36,000 mile service. I was sent 3 reminders for this appointment but not told that the recalls could not be done. I found that out after I arrived. Had I known I service. I was sent 3 reminders for this appointment but not told that the recalls could not be done. I found that out after I arrived. Had I known I would have rescheduled the appoint to when all of the work could be done. Whoever is making appointments should know if the work can be done prior to scheduling an appointment for it. Two hours of PTO wasted because I will have to return when/if the recalls can be done. Have some knowledgeable look over the appointments and reschedule if the customer needs cannot be met. More

Simple oil change turned to multiple visits. Luckily my wife drove the car so I noticed a big puddle of oil in the garage. If not, we would've had major car issues driving without oil. When I returned it, I had to do too much convincing rather than they just fix their mistake. They blamed the leak on a part that shouldn't have been there yet they were the last one to work on it. No apology or any sort of compensation for my extra unscheduled visit or all the oil I had to clean in my garage. Was a loyal customer but this changes things. More

I took my car in on May 14, 2023, and the problem wasn't resolved until June 20, 2024. I asked for all copies of my invoices and never got them. When I picked up my car Carlos just handed me the key. Sai resolved until June 20, 2024. I asked for all copies of my invoices and never got them. When I picked up my car Carlos just handed me the key. Said "your invoice is not ready I got to call the Extended Warrant company first then I will email it. " That took 2 days to get. No apologies for the numbers of time it was returned because the problem was never fixed. Except for Mr. Hamilton I got no satisfaction from any Manager including Ms. Miller who shouted at me when I asked about the long time it's taking.; then she added another 2 days on. NO customer service: calls aren't returned. I will not recommend or bring my car back ever! I have written Ford Motors; BBB, and Maryland Attorney General. More

Was able to get an appointment easily, they diagnosed the issue and ordered parts, all good. The work seemed a bit expensive. And when they returned it, it wasn’t fully done - I had to ask them to fix one mo issue and ordered parts, all good. The work seemed a bit expensive.
