I walked onto lot on a Sunday, dealership was closed. Scheduled a test drive while on lot. Ouafaa responded within minutes. Her communication throughout evening was phenomenal. I really wanted that car she made sure to direct me to fill out credit app, and took a deposit from me , again that Sunday while dealership was closed she was working from home and made it happen. I was after the 2021 White Ford Explorer PLATINUM, found it on their lot. Carlos the finance manager was also phenomenal, made sure the process was seamless. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Executive Kia More
