Use to be a Toyota Girl Personally I feel as if Toyota has not gone the extra mile for me as a customer . I honestly think Toyota would rather try to get more money out of me Personally I feel as if Toyota has not gone the extra mile for me as a customer . I honestly think Toyota would rather try to get more money out of me for the car I am currently in & ruin my credit if necessary instead of give me another deal an keep me as a loyal customer and work with me . . Yes I did go through a couple of months of financial distress when I was first placed on maternity leave from work . However the money was always paid . I've since been back working an quite persistent on staying with the Toyota family but it doesn't look like I will be passing on a five star review to my friends an family or returning to the company in the future . P.S I have been a Toyota girl since my driving experience began years ago and I must say this is disappointing to be judged an not given a deal based on a missed payment that has been since paid when everyone has problems here an there . More

Hamer Toyota is Number 1 in every department I have been customer at Hamer since 1999. The Camry we bought then still being used by my son over 200,000 miles. I always feel service has not only been super attentive but I know I don't need to worry when I leave. We have bought 4 vehicles Tundra, Yaris for commuting and now RAV4. Latest sales person Steve Denson was awesome and honest. More

Hamer had the perfect vehicle, but something happened to the 4wd as soon as I made it back it Alaska. Even though the truck was now in Alaska, Mike K. and his team stood with me the entire way. They coordinated with mechanics, found the parts needed for repairs, and now I am up and running again! I am incredibly happy I chose Hamer. More

Love Toyota Hamer! After totaling my Prius of 7 years I knew I wanted to get back into a Prius but didn't realize how much the car had changed in that time! Steve took me on a test drive and showed me all the new features and was super helpful in making sure I got the exact car I wanted ASAP! All I had to do was come down and sign papers! I was in and out with no hassle! I had a great deal and more importantly great service by not just Steve but Carlos in finance and Bianca! You must see Carlos if you finance!! Will be referring family and friends to this dealership! BTW - this is by far the nicest and biggest Toyota I've ever been in! More

Miss Marylou was incredibly helpful in investigating and explaining all our questions about the cost of maintenance / repair services we had done on our vehicle. I have just purchased a used 2010 Prius from Hamer Toyota. I noticed that there was something loose underneath the front bumper. I brought it in to have service take a look at it and I have to say I a Toyota. I noticed that there was something loose underneath the front bumper. I brought it in to have service take a look at it and I have to say I am very happy with the customer service I received from Carlos Vasquez. He was very pleasant and trustworthy which are qualities that are important to me when it comes to dealing with any of my cars. Not only did he not charge me an arm and a leg but they finished the job in a timely manner... way better than expected. Carlos presented himself as a very professional Service Manager that greeted you with a smile from the time I brought the car in to the time I drove it away. 5 Star for Carlos and the service team and the whole Hamer Toyota organization! Now I have a place where I look forward to bring my car in knowing they're not just after the money, they are there for the service and stand behind the name Toyota! I'm glad I found this place because now I don't have to dread taking my car in for service! Thanks Carlos!!! More

I brought my truck in for the third time to have it fixed. My truck keeps throwing out lean codes. The last 2 times I broughtit in all they did was nit pick my truck, you have a motified muffler, after fixed. My truck keeps throwing out lean codes. The last 2 times I broughtit in all they did was nit pick my truck, you have a motified muffler, after market air filter, etc. And keep returning it back yo me and my truck still doesn't run right. Carlos, trying to get him to call you back is like pulling teeth, frank on the other hand does try to help. I've never had a problem with hamer Toyota before, but my opinion is some of the techs have no idea what to do or what they are doing. More

I just want to thank Carlos for taking care of my Camry today. I showed up a little past 5 pm, and told him my sun shade had broken and wanted to get an estimate , and to my surprise after the insiection , today.
