The renovation is welcoming. Need to fine tune drive-up service. Even with an appt cars were randomly selected. There was no system in place. I had a 3:30 appointment, I drove up and waited 15 just sitting in my car cause no one came out to help us. Finally we go in and I explain what I’m here for. I specifically ask if they can do a quick wash sitting in my car cause no one came out to help us. Finally we go in and I explain what I’m here for. I specifically ask if they can do a quick wash on the car. The service rep says sure, I then go to sit down and maybe grab a cup of water. Lo and behold all refreshments are to be paid now. Fast forward an hour or so, I get a call that they recommend replacing my tire. I would have been fine with it except they said even though they had it in stock, they couldn’t replace it today and I would need to leave the car with them. I was annoyed because if the car is in the mechanic bay, why not just change the tire? Anyways, I asked about a loaner car for a day and the service rep said they could get me a rental at $80 a day. Never have I done to a dealership where my car needed to stay there and not be given a loaner car. Looks like this dealership is just nickel and dime-ing people. I will probably not be going back and either finding another dealership for my service or just trying a different brand. More
