We were worried about having to negotiate a new lease, buy a new or used car, or just buy our current vehicle, and the time it would take during this Covid19 pandemic. We were pleased to see Carlton and S buy a new or used car, or just buy our current vehicle, and the time it would take during this Covid19 pandemic. We were pleased to see Carlton and Scott wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. Carlton was very efficient. He showed us the vehicles that met our needs both physically and financially. The showroom was spotless and airy, and contributed to easing our Covid fears. Everyone we encountered was gracious and so polite. Scott was in training and his pleasant attitude and attention to detail under Carlton's tutelage will make him a fine addition to your staff. Thank you all for a pleasant (albeit long) experience. We bought our first Lexus from Carlton at Treasure Coast Lexus in 2009. He was a pleasure to work with and we bought a 2007 Certified 350 RX. When the time came to purchase a new car, we were delighted that Lexus in 2009. He was a pleasure to work with and we bought a 2007 Certified 350 RX. When the time came to purchase a new car, we were delighted that Carlton was still there and leased a 2020 NX 300 H, which we love.
