Simply - the best This is our 6th purchase from Lexus with Carlton. I left the dealership for a few years but have to say returning felt like coming home again. One of the service writers even said, as did Carlton "Welcome Home". That pretty much sums it up. Very professional, very courteous, so glad to be back.
