Not happy with this last service visit on Jan 5, 2021. Service advisor was specifically told right rear tire air cap was missing since the last oil change and rotation, yet it is still missing. Onn top of Service advisor was specifically told right rear tire air cap was missing since the last oil change and rotation, yet it is still missing. Onn top of that, a routine oil change & tire rotation which always takes 45 mins or less, took over 1-1/2 hours! And in addition, waiying room was crowded with no social distancing whatsoever. I had to stand outside for nearly 2 hours! More

Roadside service by Manny was unbelievably fast. The best service anywhere anyyime. I was stuck and needed fast repair in order to make an appointment. At first it was projected to be an hour.
