Great experience with Rallye BMW I have bought cars from Rallye BMW for over 25 years and Joel Sobin for over 15 years. Joel’s professionalism and service is excellent and delivery a I have bought cars from Rallye BMW for over 25 years and Joel Sobin for over 15 years. Joel’s professionalism and service is excellent and delivery and pricing are always terrific. I have never had a problem with any BMW I have gotten from Rallye, and Joel Sobin has made each car a pleasure to pick up and drive away in. Service has always been courteous and efficient, and the waiting area is extremely comfortable and pleasant. Loaners are available when I need them and I love dealing with Rallye BMW. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. More

Outstanding Knowledge and Customer Service I had a wonderful experience at Rallye BMW. As soon as I drove in, the valet team was fast and efficient with a minor hiccup: I asked for Carol Clark I had a wonderful experience at Rallye BMW. As soon as I drove in, the valet team was fast and efficient with a minor hiccup: I asked for Carol Clark Muniz, but the gentleman called Bret, which was awesome because I was able to meet such a good man. Once I told Bret I had an appointment with Carol, he immediately went to get her and caught her up with my vehicle's progress. He's attentive to detail and very courteous. Overall, my experience was great. Now I'd like to say that Carol is amazing as always. She really knows her BMWs. Carol is not only kinds, efficient and profession but she's also a people person that listened my concerns and answered all my questions. Carol is patient and a good problem solver, I absolutely love the service I received. My car was given back to me in no time, with all issues professionally addressed and washed. I feel safe when driving my vehicle, thanks to the staff at Rallye BMW. More

Excellent customer service! Buying a new car can be a stressful experience . Corinne Eaton made that experience easy and pleasant.
