Service has always been courteous and efficient, and the waiting area is extremely comfortable and pleasant. Loaners are available when I need them and I love dealing with Rallye BMW. Once I told Bret I had an appointment with Carol, he immediately went to get her and caught her up with my vehicle's progress. He's attentive to detail and very courteous. Overall, my experience was great. Now I'd like to say that Carol is amazing as always. She really knows her BMWs. Carol is not only kinds, efficient and profession but she's also a people person that listened my concerns and answered all my questions. Carol is patient and a good problem solver, I absolutely love the service I received. My car was given back to me in no time, with all issues professionally addressed and washed.
